For each candidate, faculties must submit a nomination committee report (NCR) for review and approval by College Deans and VPRO |

February 2, 2026 |
Approved nominees will be notified and faculties begin working on applications |

March 2, 2026 |
DRAFT: A complete Impact+ application package is ready. Please update all electronic files (on the Convergence Portal) for second internal review and decision by the President’s Advisory Committee for Senior Academic Appointments (PACSAA). Notify Glen Thomas (crcadmin@ualberta.ca) when files are complete and uploaded. |

Results of the internal review by PACSAA returned to applicants. |

March 19, 2026 |
Approved nominations: Please complete any requested revisions to the forms and upload the revised attachments to the Convergence Portal by this date. This is your final copy. Glen Thomas will obtain the Provost's approval on the nominations and prepare them for final submission. |

March 24, 2026 |
Impact+ Application Deadline: In cooperation with the Provost’s Office, Glen Thomas will submit approved nominations electronically (on the Convergence Portal) to the Secretariat (Ottawa). |
