Closure Notice | December 17
The International Service Centre will be closed on Wednesday, December 17, for a staff meeting and holiday event. Regular hours resume on Thursday, December 18.
Holiday Hours | December 24
In line with the university-wide closure, ISC will be closed as of Dec. 25, 2025. You can access our services as usual until December 24, 12 p.m.
Winter Closure | December 25 - January 1

Our team of licensed immigration consultants and student advisors can assist with:
- Study permits, work permits, and visas
- Emergency funding
- Health care insurance
- Social Insurance Number information
- Orientation and settlement
- Adjusting to a new culture and country
- Connecting to community
