Contact Your Education Advisors
Education Students can now access your Education Undergraduate Advisors using the Student Service Portal! There you can easily navigate the information and services you need, update and track your requests and receive notifications when a response to your inquiry is ready for review.
Student Advisors provide the following services:
- Process admission and readmission applications to all undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Education
- Assess transfer credit
- Program advising
- Process Registration Checks
- Process Graduation Checks

Current Education Students
In order to keep up with the high volume of student requests in January, Virtual Advising and Drop-in Advising appointments will be unavailable from January 5th to January 16th. However, Student Advisors will be available in-person to provide students with answers to general questions in the ESS Office located in 1-107 Education North during the following office hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Please note that beginning January 19th, we will resume regular office hours and Virtual Advising and Drop-in Advising will resume on our regular schedule which will be updated here on January 15th.

Fun Fact: Megan is a graduate of the Faculty of Education in the Masters program. She crochets and listens to a lot of Kpop in her new abundance of free time now that she is not a student.

Fun Fact: Alicia is a graduate of the Combined Kinesiology and Education Bachelor Degree programs. She has also visited over 45 countries in her travels, and loves heading to the Rocky Mountains whenever possible.

Fun Fact: When I used to study Black-capped Chickadees in undergrad, I learned that their melodies vary by geographical region; so you can imagine the Chickadees we see in Edmonton have a distinct “Albertan accent” that differs from those living in Vancouver or Toronto.
